Metropolitan LIFE... more like Metropolitan DEAD

After receiving notification of a maturing endowment policy, I e-mailed their operations centre. No response.

One day later, I then phoned the number on their letter, and spoke to "T.J." who promised that he would e-mail me all the required documents "immediately". Still waiting.

A day later, I phoned Customer Relations to escalate the matter. The lady advised that a representative would get back to me during the course of the day. No response.

I have since phoned to speak to the MD's PA, and was greeted by a colindictor (voice-mail message) stating that she would get back to me immediately. Still waiting.

Not a good start to 2013... from Metropolitan's image perspective! (Supplier name changed from Metropolitan Life to Momentum by Hellopeter.com)
