Being charged for product i'm not sure i own

For a few years now I'm paying a monthly fee of over R97 a month to momentum and I don't know what for.
I have tried phoning but get no where. For the past few weeks my financial adviser has been requesting my file to see what I'm paying for as I don't remember taking out any policy or insurance with them. Their customer service is pathetic, as soon as we send the required documents they require then we get know further response.
