Yesterday I wrote a complaint on FNB online contact us and feel in the details so they can help me unblock my ATM since it was blocked. I don't even know how it was blocked. So in the site they said an agent will call me within 24 hours which I waited which even now I am still waiting and I still can't access my account except on line. I have so far had many regrets of moving from Capitec to FNB as I thought their good advert really reflects what they always say "How can we help you" I now believe it is all propaganda and they are useless.
