Hi we bought a house which was financed by ABSA, our insurance is with absa, on the 11/11/2013 during the storms our wall (fence) was destroyed as well as the electric fence, this was after work when we got home, we started putting the broken pierces back so that people dont have acces to the property, we have cars that are not in a locked up garage should anything happen to these cars who will be liable, because its almost a week now.we got an sms on the 12/11/2013 with a claim number and message saying we should call if we have not received any respond within 48hrs, friday 15/11/2013 we call only voice messages saying the consultants are busy as to the land line was not ringing at all, we tried again on monday18/11/20123.till today we still waiting, this is unacceptable as we pay premiums every month we are up to date, this is not fair at all...
