Ridiculous Bank Charges

I received some money yesterday and was surprised to see to see that my bank charges had amounted to R122 instead R16, 50. I went to one of the branches and they told me its because I had not submitted my proof of registration on time. I showed them an sms from ABS saying I need to submit my proof registration before 28 February 2014. The consultant then changes her story and says I did not submit for 2013. If that is the case then how come they have been charging R16 for the entire year? The worst thing was the tone in which the consultant spoke to me. None of the people at Absa Mimosa or Absa UFS know when I'm going to get that money back. ITS SO ANNOYING AND INCONVENIENT
