Tired of waiting

I applied for home loan since June 2013 with standard bank they are taking me for a ride. I send all necessary document but until now I haven't receive proper feedback. I am tired of waiting, the latest feedback we receive today was that my husband account is new. The account that he had for more that 2 years with them. He changed banks because of bad service he receive from his old service provider. they don't give me valid reason. Clearly the is someone who is not doing his or her Job, If you can not trust your own bank with something like this what next? If you call them and apply for insurance they don't take 24 hours to approve it. We were patient for six month, how long will it take to finalise our application? Is this going to take forever? We paid 10% deposit of the bond & is on hold since June. I AM TIRED OF WAITING!!! We need to move on with our life.
