I am truly sick and tired of applying for a second bond to do renovations, when it is evident that standard bank clearly has to much business to give a about paying attention and communicating!
i have applied 3 times for a second bond, was contacted once by a consultant and never again. they just simply delete the application without any correspondence. When i ask for a manager they say *i'll just lodge a complaint on the system and they will phone you back. 3 applications 3 complaints 3 managers calls logged and anything - NO!
what amazes me is that through the midst of fighting for business standard bank feels it appropriate to push aside present customers - imagine my little loan request being deleted without communication - then imagine all the other people with smaller accounts at standard bank - them all off and what do you have!
NOTHING! I AM SICK AND TIRED OF BEGGING AND PLEADING TO RECEIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
