Home loan application that is on hold for long

I am a loyal and valued customer to FNB for more than 10 years but this time my bank has let me down I applied for home loan with FNB since June 2013 until now I haven't receive valid feedback. I submitted all necessary document they needed. Why is it talking you for ever to approve or decline my application? must I wait forever? Is there anything you waiting for? Your slogan says ("How can we help you") Why don't you practise what you say. I am tired of waiting. Am I going to wait for ever? My bank you have disappointed me.
