've received a SMS from Absa saying that I have a foreign payment that needs to be cleared.
I've tried to call the number provided 0860 109 799 twice. Each time I were in the waiting queue for more than an hour... finallly gave up
Is there any other way to clear this transaction as I can't afford to spend the whole day on the phone?
Will it be possible for a consultant to call me so we can get this resolved.
