Email addresses on website not working

All I need is some long overdue statements emailed to me but it has now taken me 3 months to just get help from Absa Retirement Fund. Why do they have email addresses listed on their website if they do not have any representatives reading & responding to customer emails? Are these email addresses working? I am currently in the USA & prefer communicating with ABSA via email due to the large time difference between the two countries. My husband received his statements via email so I am not sure why I am being ignored. If I have no alternative than to phone ABSA to get a representative to just email me some statements then please provide me with an alternative landline telephone number to that of the call center number 086 1113 606 because for some reason I cannot get through to the call center from the USA. I did phone the ABSA International Enquiries telephone number 27 (0) 11 501 5110 but the person that answered could not help with an alternative number. PLEASE, I need a normal landline number starting with e.g. "011" or "012" etc. because I know I can phone these types of numbers without issues. PLEASE, can someone from Absa just get back to me.
