Thank you help@OUT for assisting me when my car broke down. The call centre agent - Grace - was so friendly and she was very efficient in helping me and informing me of what time the tow-truck driver would pick me up and from which company he'll be from. Outsurance also called me several times during the incident to make sure that the tow-truck company has contacted me and if I am taken care of. Thank you again - I felt so safe and valued.
