My fiance got stuck while driving to work with a flat tyre, she quicly downloaded the new outsurance app which has been advertised lately and requested for help, she was called immediately by the outsurance call centre, after 3min the tow truck company called her to tell her that they were on the way to her. after 5min the outsurane agent called her again to check if she was fine and she needs anything else. after 15min the tow truck had arrived to tow her back home. her incident was solved within 15minutes of the call. im am very impressed with this as we are not outsurance clients but the really managed to prioritise our situation and handled it with efficiency. to whoever created the APP and suggested the option to help even thou you are not a client was an excellent innovation and they have clearly won me over to their team. OUTSURANCE well done and you have just recieved a new client!!
