I would like to commend Basson's Auto-towing for the service provided by them in response to my call for Roadside Assist to Outsurance. Friendly, caring and professional.
I am very impressed with the fact that they were there within 10 minutes after placing the call. They were very efficient in loading the car on their flatbed truck and took care that it was done professionally.
During this process, the Outsurance call-centre agent was also very efficient and I received a call from her to confirm whether the roadside assist has arrived and all is well.
Now that is taking customer service to the level which it should be.. Truly awesome! Well done to Outsurance and Basson's Auto Towing. I am proud to be a client of yours...
