SOMETHING VERY WRONG AT VODACOM NO REPLY FOR TWENTY SIX DAYS, AND CUSTOMER SERVICES TOLD ME THEY CAN NOT PROVIDE ME WITH INFO REQUESTED???
VODACOM I AM NOT GOING AWAY, PLEASE RESOLVE MY PROBLEM!!!

It is now 24 days after I have started to address my problem. I am so concerned as I have made no progress;. Vodacom has cut my services already twice, yet i have not missed a payment nor a late payment. I have sent my query below with all relevant info, yet I had to reply several times to point out all info was sent in my first mail It is almost month end and no agreement has been reached regarding my query. So at this stage Vodacom will simply deduct invoice value from my bank account. I can cancel this months debit order, bu then Vodacom will simply again suspend my services. On the Monday or Tuesday this week a lady phoned me and promised that the matter will be resolved by the 23rd. I am still waiting.
I really would appreciate any help I can get
