A lady called Zenele in African Bank (Lakeside Mall); I phoned in for help she didn't want to help me. Twice I phoned in and she told me she was busy (too busy to help a client, she never got to help me. Bad attitude, never got help from the branch I had to phone the head office to get help. African Bank, you will never get my business again.
