Dear Sir/ Madam,
Yesterday morning there was a follow up done to my 4th query in the past 40 odd days regarding the cell phone that I paid for and cancelled more than a year ago. Firstly I must say that the service that I have received from MTN accounts is the worst service I have ever had to endure. Your service is NON existent.
All the while this problem continues, I continue to receive threatening phone calls form a debt collection firm every 3 to 4 days demanding money payments.
1.) On the 4th of September 2013 I went to MTN Hemmingways and saw a Ms Setu who took copies of ALL the relevant documents and emailed them on to a relevant person. She went on to tell me that I would get a reply from MTN within 24 hours.
STILL NO REPLY has been forth coming.
2) On the 10th of September 2013 I went back to MTN Hemmingways and saw a Ms Nolwazi who again took copies of ALL the relevant documents and emailed them on to a relevant person. I also showed her a FINAL WRITTEN WARNING that I had received from MTN's debt collectors threatening to black list me and that if I did not pay them within 12 days, I would be handed over.
