AGAIN... ENDLESS PROBLEMS WITH NEDBANK.

SENT TWO EMAILS AND MADE NUMEROUS CALLS TO CALL CENTRE (CALL KEEPS DROPPING) AND AM YET TO RECEIVE AN ANSWER OF THE EFT PAYMENT THAT WAS MADE. KINDLY REFER T THE EMAILS SENT:

I AM NOW RECEIVING SMS'S FOR LATE PAYMENTS ETC. I HAVE ALWAYS PAID THIS ACCOUNT ON TIME. I WOULD LIKE THIS PROBLEM SORTED OUT NOW.
