According to my credit report from transunion I am handed over by Nedbank,
I have never skipped any payments in the last 4yrs i have been with them, I have never received letters or calls informing me of the non payments or late payments.i called nedbank and they never give me straight answer, they always give me the same response "we will investigate and get back to you" which they never do. The problem now is that i am struggling to get finance on a car because of their negligence and carelessness. I spoke to a Louis on the 12 Nov explained the situation after i spent almost an hour holding on for him, he promised to get back to me, I am still waiting.
I am very disapointed. Nedbank is quick to list you on itc with no reason but slow to acknowledge that they made a mistake and fix the problem,
Thanks Nedbank for putting my life on hold... i will be escalating this matter if not resolved very soon
