Double standards

On monday 28 Jan 2013 i canclled my policy because i got a beter one for cheaper. The person that helped me said if i email them a bank statement of the proof of the debit order the money wil be refund in this week. I had to call them every day since monday to find out what is going on. And everybody just said is pending. Today i phoned again and they told me the refund will only be done on the 5th of Feb 2013. They are easy to take your money, but very bad and slow to do refunds.
