I have a flexibond with ABSA, at 12:15mid-day i went into the branch to remove some money from my flexibond. i followed the cue and when i got to the teller i was told that i was in the wrong cue..ok so i got to the correct line and once again reached the teller. After filling out the neccessary documents i was informed that i was not able to get the cash, nor was i able to get a cheque as this branch doesnt have a cheque book. so we decided to use my absa credit card to put the money into. we did just that but when i tried to transfer pay this money into another cheque account, the atm gave me an error. i went back into the bank and they said i needed to increase my limit. so i did just that and guess what the same error came up. i went into the bank, and the teller said he doesnt know whats happening. the manager was there previously but then she left me and the teller not knowing whats going on to continue with her own meeting. when i asked to see her, the teller gave me a dont care attitude.when she did come, she was also clueless. this was 2hrs later i was still there and still leavin that bank without any help. disgusting service. i will be movin my home load aswell!
