After being informed by fnb via sms that my smart device was approved and that there were delays on the 19th of november. i decided to call the call centre (14) days later to see what the progress was only to be told that there still isnt any stock and that nobody can tell me when there will be. oh and in two weeks no one has called smsed or emailed any progress. after venting my displeasure with this i got told "well then cancel it" you go fnb thats one way of making your client happy.
