I applied for a business line on the 11 July. I was reassured that the line would be installed in 2 weeks as my business was to begin on the 1 August. Alas, what is the date today?
Whilst the line and ADSL has been installed my line still doe not work!!! I have no dial tone and an operator at Telkom said that there is a potential technical error on the line (fault # 86CWZ230813). Why do i need to call in for this to be raised and as i haven't been able to use the line why was this not picked up when tested? I keep getting passed around from one incompetent operator to the next telling me different things. Does anyone at know what they are doing?
This is absolute shocking service and i can't reiterate enough the poor incompetent service that we receive from you on a regular basis.
My business cannot operate without a line. This needs to be corrected and operational yesterday!!!
