Changing Stand Alone card

I do a lot of travelling in my job, I used a stand alone Garage Card so that I always had fuel and it was always paid by debit order at the end of the month. Standard Bank just out of the blue linked my garage card to my credit card with out even communicating it to me, all they did was send me a new card.
my credit card is on its limit so now I have no fuel money for the month, how am I going to do my job.
The whole reason I had a Garage card is that I always had fuel no matter how bad things went.
