I have two open claims. Both with problems. I have a water leak in my home still trying to get PSG to send plumbers out and every day losing water. Seems that communication gets lost between PSG Assist and the claims department. Very rarely does anyone call or e-mail back. Have to call various people many times to get anything moving. I'm really frustrated at this point.
Vehicle hail damage claim - excess problems and panel beater charged for work not done been trying for weeks to get it resolved to no avail - general apathetic attitude. Have been with PSG for years and have for the most part always received good service - so I'm really disappointed that the service levels have dropped so dramatically.
