Lodged a claim a week and a half ago, when they phoned me they told me to mail the photos of the damages to the email adres they provided in the sms... which I never received, they then sent me an email with the email I need to mail it to, so I emailed it, I received a confirmation which stated that they have received my photos. After almost a week of no feedback or any response I phoned them again and the voice prompts said I can ask them to phone me back. They did phone me back but they still couldnt tell me what's going to happen or how long it's going to take. So again after that, someone phones me and asks did I send my photos and from which email... why do they send confirmations when they in fact have not received it or don't know where it is? I phoned again yesterday and asked them to phone me back, no one has phoned me back, phoned again today and they said they will leave a call back message. This is so far the worst service I have received from an insurance company and I intend on moving my insurance elsewhere.
