No feedback, call centre line gets dropped

I reported a claim on Thursday 10 January 2013, I was contacted almost immediately by Sicelo, who gave me his email address and said I should email him a quotation for the repairs to my motorcycle, as well as the AR nr, since I reported the incident at my local Police station. I reported the incident Thursday afternoon. Early Friday morning a lady contacted me to get the AR nr. She said that the claim could be finalized the same day once they confirm the details with the Villieria SAPS station. I emailed the details, photos and quote to Sicelo immediately afterwards. I emailed Sicelo Friday afternoon to confirm whether he received the email. I phoned the 011 office number that was sent to me via sms, and left a message. I phoned the Miway call centre, only to have my call dropped after following the correct voice prompts. This morning, 14/01/2013, I emailed Sicelo again, I phoned his office number, left another message, and tried to phone the call centre numerous times, only to be cut off every single time. Can someone please tell me what's going on with my claim?
