My husband had a tyre burst last week and put in a complaint. He has made a few calls and email. He phoned Charline last week and told her that his on the road for his work and needs the tyre sorted out a.s.a.p. She told him the procedure, which he did and faxed and emailed through. The only response he got back was an email confirming she received the photos and forwarded it to the assesment department. This was last week, till now nothing. He risked driving this week on a spare wheel a far distance. He phoned and emailed again this Monday morning (20th May 2013), to get some feed back what to do? But nothing!!! He would really appreciate if someone can get back to him today, as in right NOW, before he has to be on the road again...
