I wanted to cancel my miway insurance as i got a better quote from another company. I phoned miway and got put through to Mr. Myokane who requested the quote from the other company which i sent him. he responded to my email saying he had received my email and would get back to me. I waited two days with no response so i emailed him again demanding they cancel my insurance because i would be insured by two companies. i did not receive a response and its been over a week now. i consistently request that miway phone me and have not gotten any response. i would like some feedback from miway and want my debit order to be credited
