So i need to open an account, get all my docs together, off to Capitec Woodmead 30.01.2013. Had an adfidavit done and stamped by Commissioner of Oaths for my proof of res to get there and be told, "CANT HELP YOU! "say ok what do you need, anything in your name that was posted. IRP5? Sure, get that and ask to email it to the branch there and they say sure, will take 30 minutes. LIVID that it takes 30 minutes for an email delivery I decided to return today 31.01.2013 with Proof of Res (Insurance Docs as per their website) A letter in moms name (Stay with mom since Dad passed on) my affidavit as well as backup and again, "CANT HELP YOU! "asked why, no the inception date is too old? said they sent it recently, "CANT HELP YOU! "no passion no drive and definitely no service delivery AT ALL. MOST PATHETIC EXPERIENCE EVERRRRRR! finding a new banking institution...
