In August I send a email to Oneplan to cancel our hospital plan benefits. I also called in and they said that I should send a email, whitch I did. Come end of August they deducted the monthly payment, I call them and told them that I stopped the debit order at the bank.
After the monies was returned by the bank I received a SMS from oneplan, they said that my medical aid is now suspended due to unpaid monthly payment. I again called them and send a sms to please cancel this policy.
on the 22nd of September I then again received a sms telling me that the monies is due the 24th of September. I then called them on the 23rd of September again. they then told me not this is only in to be cancelled the 1st of November.
this is one reason why we are cancelling this, really this is a waste of money, we are going on a real medical aid, not a insurance
