My case was assigned to a representative who assured me that my claim was settled and that the case was closed, but after three weeks my money was not yet reflected in my account. I emailed the representative again and other parties of Oneplan but for a few days i did not get a response. When I was just about to cancel my Insurance, I received an email from Thando. That same day he attended to my case and thanks to him my money has been deposited in my account and is still a Oneplan Medical Insurance member. His swift response is highly appreciated.
