I cannot recall how many times I phoned OnePet to get information and a quote for our 3 cats. Eventually I completed the application form on their website for one of our cats, but it doesn't allow you to add more than one pet. What a mission to go through their "under supervision" staff to just add the rest of our pets and still get a quote - the one phone call took me 45 minutes just for them to confirm my details, which I have just submitted and which they have just processed, and that not for a claim but to add a member. Our membership has now been activated, but we still haven't received our OnePet card. When they asked what physical address we want the card to be delivered to, I specifically said my work address just for the courier and then they went so far as to change the policy information to all my work details. As of this moment I have no idea what is going on except that they have deducted our first premium plus and extra debit order of R150-00 with no paper work as what it is for.
