Purchased 51" plasma TV (PS51E550) from Cats Digital on 23 Nov 2012. On Jan 28 2013 vertical black line appeared on the screen. Cats Digital advised me to contact Samsung. Samsung arranged for its subcontractor, MM ALL Electronics, to take the set in for inspection on Friday 1 Feb 2013. On Monday 4, Samsung told me that the TV could not be repaired so it would be replaced. They told me that Cats Digital would need to provide them with proof of purchase. I informed Cats. Several days go by and I followed up and was told that no proof of purchase was received from Cats and no job-card was received from MM All therefore they could not pass the credit to Cats in order that Cats then give me a new TV. Samsung and Cats financial arrangements do not interest me! Cats insists POP was provided, MM All insists job card was provided but Samsung has no record of job card or POP after a week! I got Cats to re-send POP via email and fax today. I also sent POP (copy of my till slip) today but Samsung claims still not to have received any paperwork. MM All and Cats are blaming Samsung, Samsung is blaming MM All and Cats! I think they're all just as incompetent as each-other!
