Excellent Call Centre Service

I signed up with Virgin Money Insurance a few months ago and recently I needed to add additional assests to my policy.

I simply visited the Virgin Money website and within a mere 3 clicks of a mouse button a "please call me" request was sent to their call centre via there user friendly website.

Within an hour or two a lovely lady by the name Jenna Le Roux called me to attend to my request. Within in minutes she had updated my policy and gave me a detailed explanation of what the revised policy covered. I had quite a few questions which I posed and she gladly and professionally answered each and every question.

The consultant that initially signed me up portrayed the similar qualities.

Well done Virgin.
