Account still not closed as promised!

19 nov i went to nedbank rosebank to move an investment to thelinked cheque acct for payout the next day.sales refer me to enquiries. enquiries said the account is dormant and can only be changed with a cash pay in. I actioned this at the teller and then released the funds. the next day i came to get the cheque and close the acct.enquiries sent me to the teller. the teller sent me back to enquiries to get an acct closure amount for the cheque. at enquiries and the teller i asked more than once that they make sure ALL bank costs are deducted before they gave me a cheque. they confirmed. I got the cheque and asked the teller for a statement. they sent me to enquiries as the account was automatically closed.enquiries gave me a statement but said the acct was not closed and that i must close it at sales. sales could not close it as there were movements on the account. they requested i come back the next day. the next day there was a debit of R50 in the account. I refused to accept this since enquiries and tellers said all deductions were done before payout. apparantly the bank manager was going to fix/close this.dailly sms reminders to settle my overdrawn acct shows this still not done!
