Hi,
I applied for a discovery card and have had the worst service from Discovery Card.
On the initial application I stated the debit order to be loaded for the 1st of the month.
Discovery decided to load the 17th of each month,
It's been 4 months and they are not Ble to fix my debit order.
I called discovery yesterday to confirm that my debit order will be taken last night and the agent confirmed that it was loaded and confirmed the amount. This morning I checked my account and the debit has not taken.
I called and they said they would investigate, and did receive a call back saying if I pay the amount this month the debit will run from 1 Jan 2014, which makes no sense as the account was paid last month.
The call centre is not able to give accurate information to clients, and each time promises a query has been resolved and yet the problem persists.
Due to discovery's mistake I have paid penalty fees, which was never reversed, and shocked at the bad service I have received.
I would be extremely grateful if someone is able to look into the matter and kindly help me resolve it.
