AUTHORIZATION TO P/B ON 6/11.T/MANAGER SULEIMAN CONFIRMED ON A RECORDED LINE THAT THERE WAS DELAY FROM ADVISOR TO SEND AUTHORIZATION.ON 27/11 I CALL SULEIMAN AS JOHN FROM P/B TOLD ME THAT MY CAR HAS TO GO TO VW, HE ADVICE ME THAT HE WILL SPEAK TO JOHN AND COME BACK TO ME.6 DAYS LATER NO FEEDBACK.28TH I PHONE CALL CENTRE SPOKE TO ANTOINETTE WHO KEPT ME ON HOLD FOR 20MIN.
NO FEEDBACK, FOLLOW FROM ADVISOR AND TEAM MANAGER.THIS IS WORST & SHOCKING SERVICE I HAVE EXPERIENCE FROM INSURANCE.
56 DAYS GONE WITHOUT NO CAR OR RENTAL.WORSE PART IS WE ARE IN A RAINING SEASON.
AVIS CAR WAS TAKEN BACK ON THE 28/11 AND I AM GETTING CALLS FROM AVIS THAT I OWE THEM MONEY, DISCOVERY DID NOT AUTHORESS EXTENSION.
