Pensioners' gripe

THIRD visit today to collect my cheque book ordered months ago. Visit today has to be the least courteous (by Trudie, the "hostess" nogal!) I have yet come across. Queue at Enquiries was a longgg one. Elderly lady ahead and I enquired from Trudie whether we could be assisted by the "Pensioners' only" person? With an attitude of Sergeant Major she sent me to Teller 7, only for me to be told by that person, she couldn't assist, she sent me back to Enquiries. (At no point did Trudie enquire as to what I was there for;she sent me to Teller 7 anyway.) Back at Enquiries, queue longer, but Teller 7 had NO-ONE waiting. Why can't she assist? Enquiries Pensioners' lady (also RUDE!) promptly CLOSED up & left! Man in queue tells Manager to fire her! Now chaos ensues! Trudie parades around the bank hall sending us from pillar to post, but she doesn't offer to assist. Trudie needs training in being courteous/helpful to clients. None of clients' doing if she woke up grumpy! She should ALWAYS be professional, courteous and HELPFUL no matter what! GertSmit phoned to apologise, but HE isn't the culprit - Trudie, I'm sure won't have guts nor decency!
