I was sent a policy cancellation on 19 Nov which was completed and re-sent the same day. Today, 2 Dec a double premium went off my account. This is unlawfull, and you will be reported to the ncpa authorities!
I demand my money be refunded immediately as this deduction was NOT authorised by me, the account holder.
the insurance ref stated on my bank acc is 0361075737
furthermore, I have to date not teceived any documentation as to what the policy covers!!
I hereby warn the general public NOT to deal with instantlife, as you do not know what the policy covers.
