About two weeks ago a sales consultant from Instantlife Insurance contacted me regarding life insurance. He explained the policy to me and I told him not to activate anything but send me details regarding the policy because I want to compare it against other insurance quotes. I told him I will let him know via e-mail. He send me the details. I never looked at it and the next thing I see they are deducting R1331.99 from my bank account without my permission. The conversation was recorded and the details of it is available. This is by an insurance company and needs to be seen in a very serious light. If an individual steals money he goes to jail. What is this or not? I want the money back in my bank account please. I think they caught many people like this and this salesman needs to be fired for monies from people.
