Dear Sir/Madam
today I went to ABSA Madadeni branch, I normallu use Newcastle branch, because it was full, I decided to go and use Madadeni one, I drove about 15 km to that branch, I do not normally use it as it is in the township. Today I than asked my brother to go and deposite money as I was going to the post-office, the lady/teller that was helping him made a mistake and gave him more change than he was suppose to get, immediately the lady called me as my number was in the deposit slip and I was human enough to go back to return the money. Firstly It was 15h30 when I got there, the man that was at the door was so rude, didn't even ask what we were looking for and started shouting to us as if we were mad, its Mr Buthelezi that's what I was told. We bagged for him to open after I was very angry to return the money that was given to us by mistake, do not know if being human is a crime, I know exactly that if I was white he was not going to do what he did to me, I called the manager of which she sounded like she doesn't care and she told me that the man was working for fidelity and I told her that the man represent ABSA, there are no fidelity customers there, and...
