NO FEEDBACK ON URGENT REQUEST

I submitted a request to have the remainder of my trust paid to me and with the documents given to me by Fairheads, I submitted an URGENT letter asking if its possible to handle the request as urgent because of the emergency I had. After submitting the documents, I phoned them two days later and was then told that I need to bring the docs into the office in person. I took it the next day (21st November) and was told to wait ten days, never mind the urgent request. Finally on the 28th November I had to phone them again just to be informed that I need to repeat the whole process again because of one, i mean one letter that was mis spelt on the page, ( there was an e instead of an i). I've been sending emails since Friday, no-ones taking notice of me and in the meantime my emergency became life threatening as a result of Fairheads's I dont care attitude. I need my money as in LAST WEEK already so can someone at that company please do something about it.
