Why hasn't my account been FICA'd?

Can someone please contact me regarding the fact that I wasted 2 hours of my time trying to FICA my Online account for PayPal at your Greenacres branch and nothing seems to have been done even though the Teller told me it had been FICA'd, I still cannot add my PayPal account nor access my money and the department that deals with PayPal are not responding to my emails.

I live 200Km from the nearest city and they wasted the one day I had there on trying to FICA the account, I no longer have a bank statement to send to FNB (as the teller at the branch said I did not need it) and will not be going anywhere near a bank in the next 2 months.

I need to access my money and refuse to waste more time and money on this nonsense, can someone who can actually fix this problem please contact me.

Please I would like this handled over email as I would like to keep a record of all interactions.
