I have a problem caused by ABSA internet banking incompetence.
I addressed this problem to the ABSA e-mail Customer Service [Email Removed] a month ago, with 5 follow ups and still no answer.
Do ABSA believe that the automatic reply and excuse of "High volume of queries" is a suitable response to a query?
This is not the first time that no response is received to a query.
Absolutely disgusting service.
If ABSA is not able to answer internet queries Please close down the e-mail address.
