I contact ABSA bank this morning and was specifically told to contact Porcha on 011 354 4726. I was given her number to query a vehicle I have financed with ABSA (Sadly) and to see if there is anything I can do whilst on maternity leave. I told Porcha that I emailed [Email Removed] on the 26th of June with a query and I still did not have a response. She immediately became defensive and RUDE (Quiet common with ABSA Employees). I immediately got annoyed as I have never received good service from ABSA. I requested that Porcha email me a template of an income expenditure so that I can fill it in correctly and email it back. She then informed me in a sarcastic manner that I must get a plain piece of paper and go to the bank and write down my expenses. WHAT THE HECK??? I then requested to speak to her supervisor Dora Mapoane, who was very quick to apologise and agreed to email me the form asap. Why on earth my a customer go through this? Why whenever you phone ABSA do you have to be on guard because the chances are you are going to get a RUDE, SARCASTIC, HORIBBLE individual on the other end?? I haven't event gotten to the bottom of my query as yet?
