I logged a query about my excess bond on my homeloan, on the Absa "contact us" link on the main Absa website and never got a reply. How can such a big bank not reply to queries. You should be embarrassed.

I drew a cheque from money from my excess bond, then decided to cancel the cheque the next day. and now I am told i have to wait 10 days before i can draw it again. I know it is my fault as I changed my mind and then decided i wanted to draw the money again but I think it is unfair that I have to wait 10 days for money that is mine. So now 42000 of MY MONEY is hanging in the air.
