For the second month in a row I have received a Statement from SB that I cannot open. All the other statements I receive from SB (I have various accounts) ask for an ID number when the installed decoder (Striata reader) is opened. I have not coded any statement to open in this manner and after waiting for ages on the phone for Internet banking I get through to a Fadia who after I explain my predicament says "hold on" and then drops my call. Please contact me to sort this out as I cannot access my own information.
