Good day FNB, its a great service that you are mailing our statements in PDF format, however could there be some security measure implemented on those pdf files ie a password to open the statement as anyone who get a hold of the file has a full view of your accounts as there are no passwords required to open the attachment. NB this has already happened to me.
maybe a DOB or IDnumber as the password when opening up the documents.
