I've been to Standard Bank and was referred to the telephone booth but call centre agents probably don't understand what I require. I recieve my cheque account statements via email. I've downloaded Striata but I've forgotten my password that is rquired to 'Open Encrypted Document'. A consultant suggested I delete Striata then download it again. I've done that but have no idea how to reset or get a new password.
