Where is FNB online?

I have been communicating on line with FNB Customer Services, as per details on their website, since 13 October 2013, my original query was that I did not have access to online banking since my access details were no longer accepted, for reasons unknown to me. I received acknowledgement of receipt and a promise that it would be taken care of in 48 hours. On 27 October 2013 I queried again and received another acknowledgement and no action. On 1 November 2013 I received a mail from Risk Online, claiming to be an agency for FNB and asking for my personal details. I replied that I did not know who they were and refused to comply. I received a mail from FNB, stating it was OK and that Risk online worked for them, so I gave my details on 4 November 2013 and have not heard from FNB since. I believe that I am sufficiently set up electronically and that I do not need to go into a branch for assistance. I believe FNB is sufficiently set up electronically to have dealt with my issue properly.
